Shipping Policy

Orders are usually packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays can happen.

When your order ships we email you a tracking link.

Please check your delivery address before you order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once you cover the extra shipping cost.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will replace it or refund you.
