You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or try to access it in ways we have not provided.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can look slightly different on different screens.

Airline baggage rules change and differ between carriers. Please check your airline’s current under-seat size limit before you fly.

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability can change without notice.

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will refund you in full if we do.

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

Our under-seat size policy gives you 30 days to return a bag that does not fit under the seat on your flight, as described in the Refund Policy.

The Nordin name, logo, photos, text and design are ours or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

To the extent the law allows, Nordin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Canada where Nordin is established, and the laws of Canada that apply there.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
